How to Fill up Application Form of Mutual Fund?

As per mutual fund guidelines, form without mandatory information won't be processed. For smoothly process  fill up form correctly and take a photo copy of application forms.Any correction occure then you can tell them check my form correct it. ( Always found spelling mistakes by registrar)

Few hints for filling application form correctly.

• Your Name and Address should be written correctly. 
• Bank Details are mandatory, investor should correctly mention account number, type of account .
• Fill Pan number, mode of holding correctly.
• Signature of all applicant is must.
• Investor must fill scheme name correctly and select option. If Option not select the default option would be allotted.
• Cheque  amount should be tally with the amount in the application form. Third party cheque not acceptable.
• Write your contact number and e-mail ID.
• Proof of KYC compliance/acknowledgement should be attached,
